Shaye White joined Westbury Collections in 2025, initially within our sales department. Demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges, Shaye soon transitioned into our Legal Department, where he is responsible for preparing Statutory Demand Notices, drafting legal instructions and liaising with both the collections team and external law firms to help progress matters through the legal recovery process.

 

Working in tandem with the collections department, Shaye plays an important role in ensuring cases are prepared accurately and efficiently before being referred for legal action. His growing knowledge of debt recovery procedures and attention to detail have made him a valuable member of the team.

 

Within the office, Shaye is known for taking the team's good-natured banter in his stride. Despite being regularly reminded about his supposedly "lightning-fast" pace of work, he remains one of the most easy-going members of the company and is always happy to have a laugh with colleagues.

 

Shaye is a dedicated supporter of Fulham FC and can often be found keeping a close eye on the club's latest results and performances throughout the season.
