When it comes to taking action against a debtor or company Bankruptcy and Winding Up Petitions are our preferred method.

These actions are nearly all inclusive of all the enforcement methods available to us following court Judgment and also include further sanctions.

Papers are also served by attempted hand delivery further adding to the affect and success of the insolvency route.

However, we can only use this action on balances greater than £5000 where the debt is non-disputed.

In most circumstances, we do not bankrupt anyone as the threat of the action will usually result in full payment or an arrangement to pay.
