Q) How do you charge?

A) We charge 15% or £90.00 (whichever is greater) on monies collected. If we are unable to collect the debt we shall come back to you with the costs for legal or, insolvency action if we think you would have good case and the balance warrants it.

Q) Can i pass the 15% or £90.00 charge onto the debtor?
A) Yes - If you and the debtor are a business or if your original contract/quote or estimate says you can.

If we are unable to recover the 15% or £90.00 you will still be responsible to pay on monies collected.

Q) Where will the debtor make payment?

A) Usually the debtor will make payment to us direct so we do not need to keep checking with you. We will then deduct our 15% or £90.00 and BACS the balance to you.

A) Payments will be made to you on Friday of the week payment was received.
