Natasha Ram is one of Westbury Collections' biggest success stories. She joined the company in 2022 at just 17 years old. Initially quiet and reserved, Natasha quickly absorbed knowledge, developed her skills and grew in confidence, establishing herself as one of our most valued members of the team.

Starting her career within the sales department, Natasha rapidly progressed from generating opportunities to successfully converting new business. Her determination, willingness to learn and strong work ethic led to her promotion in 2025 to Head of Legal, where she now works alongside the collections department by progressing legal recovery matters.

Natasha has become known throughout the company for her attention to detail, reliability and ability to take on new challenges. Her progression from joining as a teenager to leading an important department within the business reflects both her commitment and the remarkable personal and professional development she has achieved since joining the company.

Away from the office, Natasha holds the rather unique distinction of being our most successful employee at Epsom Ladies Day, famously annually managing to place seven bets on a six-horse race and somehow still coming out on top. It's a story that continues to be talked about long after the racing has finished.
