Mel Palmer joined Westbury Collections in April 2024, initially within our sales department. It quickly became apparent, however, that her excellent people skills, approachable nature and ability to build strong relationships made her a perfect fit for leading our Client Relationship department.

Today, Mel plays a key role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our clients. Her dedication to client service has helped contribute to an impressive 92% of clients either returning to use our services again, indicating they will if required or referring additional debts for collection.

Alongside her client-facing responsibilities, Mel has a keen eye for graphic design and has been responsible for much of the creative work behind our Instagram, LinkedIn and The Bursar's Review advertising campaigns, helping to enhance the company's brand and marketing presence.

Like her sister Lisa Anderson, Mel is also taking part in an upcoming 5k fundraising challenge in support of Cancer Research UK.
