Matthew Stevens joined Westbury Collections in December 2022 and has since become a key part of the company’s continued growth and success. As Head of Collections, Matthew manages and supports the company’s team of collectors, helping maintain strong performance, high standards and ensuring clients receive a personable, proactive and professional recovery service.

With a strong focus on results, Matthew plays an important role in monitoring collection performance, supporting the wider team and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and effectively. His hands-on approach has helped contribute towards the company’s strong growth and increasing client base, much of which comes from repeat instructions and recommendations from satisfied clients.

Matthew has also developed strong working relationships with a range of suppliers and professional partners, including solicitors, tracing agents and counsel, helping ensure matters can progress efficiently where additional support or escalation is required.

Known for his determined work ethic and consistent ability to achieve and exceed targets, Matthew takes pride in helping both his team and the business continue to grow year after year whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism and communication throughout the recovery process.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys playing darts in his spare time and is known for bringing the same competitive mindset and determination to the oche as he does within the business.
