Lisa Anderson has been part of Westbury Collections since the very beginning and became the company’s first full-time employee in 2020 and was heavily involved in the early stages of the business’s growth. Having been involved from the outset, Lisa has played an important role in helping shape the company into the debt recovery agency it is today.

As Sales & Operations Manager, Lisa is involved in both the day-to-day running of the business and the continued development of client relationships across a range of sectors. Working closely with clients from instruction onwards, she is heavily involved in ensuring matters progress efficiently whilst maintaining the high levels of communication and service the company is known for.

Lisa also plays a key role internally, helping coordinate teams, support the training and development of employees, improve operational processes and assist with the continued growth of the business. Her experience across both client services and operations gives her a strong understanding of the challenges businesses face when dealing with overdue accounts and cashflow pressures.

Known for her determined and motivated nature, professionalism and strong attention to detail, Lisa takes great pride in having helped build the company from a single employee operation into a growing business with 16 employees and thousands of clients nationwide.

Outside of work, Lisa is currently training for a 5k charity run in support of Cancer Research, a charity that is particularly close to her heart.
