Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you to collect debts on your behalf following your instruction. We use this information that you have given us in order to attempt collection of the debt or debts referred to us by you which also may included tracing, litigation, adjudication or insolvency action.
We may share this information with Village Investigations Limited, Howell Jones Solicitors, HM Courts and Tribunals Service, Land Registry Trust, Grosvenor Credit Management & Investigations, High Court Enforcement Officers, Shred-IT and any other companies who may need to assist in the recovery of your debt.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(b) We have a contractual obligation following our Welcome Letter and T&Cs being sent to you by email upon receipt of your initial debt referral.

We keep all information on record unless the data owner request us to delete. We will then dispose your information by deleting the information from our server, emails and hard copies files through Shred-IT.
